We offer personal and group golf lessons at Kris Tees Golf Range in Zeeland, and are also willing to travel to other driving ranges to accommodate where you live! Utilizing both mental skills training and mechanical instruction, our goal is to help each of our golf students have more fun by improving ball flight, quality of contact, distance, scoring skills, and more. We have worked with golfers from K-12, college, and adults as old as 83!

WHY MENTAL PERFORMANCE COACHING?
WHY MENTAL PERFORMANCE COACHING?
Mental performance coaching helps athletes and non-athletes learn how to both shrink and stretch. To play at a high level, it is important to shrink the counterproductive emotions and reactions, while simultaneously stretching one's mental and physical skills.

Mental training is appropriate for people of all ages. While there isn't a specific number where a person could be too young or old to see results, we do have experience coaching kids as young as seven and adults in their eighties.
ARE SESSIONS COVERED BY INSURANCE?
ARE SESSIONS COVERED BY INSURANCE?
Since mental performance consultants are certified by an association and not licensed by the state, we are not able to bill your insurance company directly. However, we are able to accept payments from HSA accounts if the client has a 'letter of medical necessity' from a medical provider.

Sessions range from $85 to $125 depending on the type of session and whether a client is associated with an organization that partners with us at Grounded. Contact us to find out more information on what a session would cost for you!

Each session is unique. We want to obtain a good understanding of what your struggles and experiences are like and then develop a plan for achieving the goals that we set with you. So we will ask questions that help us gain insight into what you go through and what our goals should be.
